Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of High Roles. By creating an account or posting a listing, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
Candidate accounts are free. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
2. Employer credits & pricing
Employers post roles using prepaid credits. One credit is consumed per job listing submitted for review. Volume pricing (per credit):
- Starter — €29.99 per post (1–9 posts)
- Growth — €24.99 per post (10–19 posts)
- Enterprise — €19.99 per post (20–40 posts)
Credits are non-expiring while your account remains active. Prices are shown exclusive/inclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout, and are subject to change for future purchases.
3. Listing review & approval
Every listing is subject to review and approval by High Roles before it appears publicly. We may request changes, or decline a listing at our discretion.
4. Prohibited listings
You may not post listings that are:
- discriminatory on any protected characteristic;
- misleading, fraudulent, or bait-and-switch;
- unpaid roles disguised as "opportunities", internships, or "experience".
5. Candidate anonymization & no scraping
Candidate data shown to employers is anonymized — names, contact details, and other identifiers are removed before any employer can view a profile. You may not attempt to de-anonymize, scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract candidate data, or circumvent these protections. Automated collection of platform data is strictly prohibited.
6. Refunds
Refunds may be issued at the platform's discretion, primarily for services that were paid for but not delivered. Consumed credits for delivered services are generally non-refundable.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, breach of these terms, or unlawful activity, and may remove listings that violate them.
8. Liability
High Roles is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Cyprus], and disputes are subject to its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
