What we collect & why
- Account details (name, email, account type) — to create and secure your account.
- CV content you provide — to build your AI CV and match you to roles.
- Applications & saved jobs — to run the hiring process you initiate.
- Company details (for employers) — to publish listings and issue invoices.
- Cookie/consent preferences — to respect your choices.
AI CV processing & anonymized matching
When you build a CV, we use AI to structure and improve it. To match you with roles, we generate an anonymized variant that strips your name, contact details, and other identifiers. Employers only ever see this anonymized profile together with an AI-generated match score and short reasoning — never your name, email, phone, or raw CV. AI processing happens server-side; we do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models.
Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Contract — providing the account, CV tools, and matching you asked for.
- Consent — optional analytics and marketing cookies (withdrawable anytime).
- Legitimate interests — keeping the platform secure and preventing abuse.
- Legal obligation — retaining invoices and tax records where required.
Retention
We keep your personal data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile, CVs, applications, saved jobs, matches, and consents are erased. Invoices and related financial records may be retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
